Rachel Collins

Rachel joined the team at Development Lawyers as a lawyer in early 2023. She holds a Juris Doctor specialising in corporate and commercial law from Bond University as well as a Bachelor of Nursing from Griffith University and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020. Prior to commencing her employment with Development Lawyers, Rachel gained valuable legal experience working on a range of personal injury matters in a boutique law firm in Sydney.

Coming from a business-oriented family that undertakes project work on residential and commercial developments, Rachel has long had an interest in the area of construction law.

Rachel is a dedicated and passionate lawyer committed to delivering strategic and comprehensive legal advice to her clients. Rachel has experience in drafting legal advice, preparing and reviewing contracts, and representing both Claimants and Respondents in adjudications under Security of Payment legislation.
