Vinesh also has a strong understanding of Security of Payment Legislation as he has acted for both Claimants and Respondents in numerous adjudications in NSW, Queensland and Victoria.
Vinesh also has experience in negotiation and drafting of Infrastructure and construction contracts (including subcontracts, supply agreement and consultancy agreements) for various projects.
