Neha Prasad

Neha graduated from Western Sydney University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources) and a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in late 2023. She has been a lawyer at Development Lawyers since March 2024.

Neha has acquired an extensive understanding of construction and commercial disputes in her time at Development Lawyers. Neha has gained valuable insight and experience in a range of adjudications under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999, preparing legal advice and demands, handling complex payment and defects disputes, and preparing for NCAT proceedings.

Neha takes pride in ensuring her client’s needs and concerns are addressed through clear and concise communication for the duration of the matter.
