Vinesh is experienced in advising clients on infrastructure and construction disputes in a variety of jurisdictions, including NCAT, Local Court, District Court, the Supreme Court in New South Wales, ACT, Victoria and Queensland and the Federal Court. Vinesh also has a strong understanding of Security of Payment Legislation as he has acted for both Claimants and Respondents in numerous adjudications in NSW, Queensland, Victoria and ACT.

Vinesh also has experience in negotiation and drafting of Infrastructure and construction contracts (including subcontracts, supply agreement and consultancy agreements) for various projects.
